Cancellation Policy
MH Chiropractic requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This policy ensures that we can offer available appointment slots to other patients seeking care.
The first instance of a late cancellation or non-attendance (“Did Not Attend”) will result in a formal warning.
A second late cancellation or non-attendance will incur a 50% charge of the appointment fee.
Any subsequent late cancellations or non-attendance will require payment of the full appointment fee.
